Astro Bot, the Nintendo-style platformer from Sony’s Team Asobi, took home the biggest honor at The Game Awards 2024 in the early hours of Friday, winning Game of the Year after beating strong competition from Metaphor: ReFantazio, Final Fantasy VII: Rebirth and Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree.
